Allow Office Admin to report incidents by description or by photos and requesting fixing or support from Office Building Management Team. Also, Office Admin is updated with how the incident is resolved or responded.
ANNOUNCEMENT
This is a way that both sides, the Office Admin and the Building Management Team, inform each other their formal announcements and feedbacks on each of those announcements.

Monthly rent, Service Fee, Electricity bills… are shown in value and status of payment via the app.
COMPANY INFO
List of company employees and their vehicles are registered to ensure no outsider is allowed to get in the office area without permission.
